The daughter Rosadea Fiorenza has decided to give life to the RossoCorallo project, due to the great artistic and cultural background and the rich participation in exhibitions, competitions and events, underlined by prestigious awards at international level; RossoCorallo is a cultural initiative dedicated entirely to the figure of Platimiro Fiorenza and his inseparable relationship with the tradition of coral, through a series of cultural proposals, such as exhibitions, publications and conferences of national importance, aimed at deepening and promoting knowledge of his art and the dissemination of his work. Platimiro Fiorenza, defined as the last coral worker has been included in the Register of Intangible Heritage of Sicily in the list of "Living Human Treasures" protected by UNESCO, and has the merit of sharing his knowledge of coral art in Trapani, instilling it in the soul of many young people forged in his workshop.

Platimiro Fiorenza and his daughter Rosadea have received numerous awards that testify to the recognition and commitment to revitalize an art destined to disappear with the RossoCorallo project, including the award "MAM - Maestro d'Arte e Mestiere" dedicated to the excellence of Italian craftsmanship, sponsored by the Fondazione Cologni dei Mestieri d'Arte, in collaboration with ALMA, and the award "Cento Eccellenze Italiane" organized by the association Liber and under the patronage of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers.

After numerous exhibitions held in various Italian museums, the fame and notoriety of the project RossoCorallo, crosses the fashion world's threshold. The famous Italian brand Fendi has selected Maestro Fiorenza and his daughter Rosadea as part of the Hand in Hand project, which involves the creation of a coral Baguette made with the ancient technique typically used in Trapani, called retroincastro. The RossoCorallo project continues to aspire to new goals for the promotion of the art of coral beyond the borders of the island with an eye to a wider audience and new generations.
