The door of Palazzo Rosselli Cecconi, in the heart of Borgo Santa Croce, opens into a cobbled courtyard and from there, a steep staircase leads to the ancient underground cellars that are now the laboratories of the Aquaflor artisan perfumery. Under the vaulted ceilings, the counters are filled with colored flasks, which look like an alchemist's workshop. There’s the flower room, full of dried flowers of all kinds. And there’s the nose room, where, by mixing different essences, you can create your own perfume.

Aquaflor Firenze dedicates itself to the art of perfumery with artisanal techniques, inspired by the ancient Florentine tradition. The perfumery house resides in a prestigious Renaissance palace in the heart of Florence, Palazzo Corsini Antinori Serristori, and includes the atelier, the olfactory with its over 1500 precious essences from every corner of the world, and the laboratory where takes place the artisanal production of fragrances, made with the highest quality raw materials. The current Aquaflor collection includes personal perfumes, Florentine colognes, hydrating waters, home fragrances, scented candles and artisanal soaps. Furthermore, in line with its artisanal vocation, Aquaflor offers the possibility of creating tailor-made perfumes through group workshops or individual experiences.
